The Behavioral Consultation Program is based on Applied Behavioral Analysis principles and practices for those children and adults on the autism spectrum. Our mission is to provide evidenced-based best practice strategies to maximize the personal potential of each client. Compassion and sensitivity are combined with clinical competence and expertise. Our Board-Certified Behavior Analysts will conduct a Functional Behavior Assessment (FBA) in the home and in the school setting to evaluate a learner’s current skill levels and any challenging behavior that might impede independence or success across environments. A treatment plan is then developed that targets acquisition of skills that will improve a learner's successful integration into his or her community, as well as to reduce socially inappropriate or impeding behaviors.
