We provide nurses who specialize in home infusion for patients who suffer from either chronic or acute disease states. We are able to train the family to become independent in administration of infusion medications and utilization of the pump that is necessary for ease of administration. We also administer transparental nutrition for patients requiring additional or supplemental nutrition, The model utilized in the provision of adult home infusion consists of intermittent skilled nursing visits. For pediatric patients needing home infusion, private duty nursing is standard in the industry. We provide both models.
